Deleting message after sending copy

Suggestion was: "Have you tried to "send copy to" and "delete (don't accept message)" ? on the aera "perform this action"

Annoyingly, on the 8.5 template at least it won't let you do that. It ought logically to be possible to perform a rule-based action and then have the rule completely delete the item (MS Exchange rules do allow this), but it simply complains that "You cannot include Delete Document in multiple actions." However, you can set an 'Expire' date - though I'm not clear what the impact of that is.

I'm going to try the first idea anyway which is to use the 'Forwarding address:' field in the Domino Directory. And then look at the deletion Agent idea.
